Our wonderful rooibos blend is dream like with it’s beautiful colour and array of herbs. The blend was originally created as a sun tea. Which means it is steeped by the warm rays of the sun over the course of a day or so. It is a fun way to steep this earthy tea, and also has some added benefits. It can help with sleep and calming the nerves. With a fresh and delightful taste, it is reminiscent of living skies and flourishing fields.
Ingredients
Organic red rooibos, lavender, chamomile, lemon balm.
Steeping Instructions
Bring fresh water to a boil, steep 1 tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes.
