Also known as blooming tea, enjoy this lovely tea as it unfurls and blooms in the cup. It is a wonderful combination of silver needle white tea, lily, globe amaranth, and marigold. Great as a gift or as a party favour. Not only that, it tastes great too! Each comes with one ball of goodness, which can steep 6-8 cups of tea. This type of teas can also be infused again after the fact. So you can enjoy the bloom as you drink.
Ingredients
Organic silver needle white tea, globe amaranth, marigold, lily.
Steeping Instructions
Bring fresh water to 80C, add to flower and steep for 1-3 minutes or until it blooms. Can be used for multiple infusions.
